I installed module success fully. i have some error export work perfect. import some error
Uploaded spreadsheet file has validation errors!
See also 'System > Tools > Error Logs' for more details.
No server data has been changed.

I have a problem installing the Module. I tried installing it through filezilla, all OK, I also enabled the module in user groups, but it does not appear in the tools. Why is this happening;

After install and modify permission I dont have any Export / Import in the Maintenance menu

Love this extension!! Been using this module for years on many different OC installs! However just ran into issues with 3.0.2.0. Anyone else have issues getting it installed on the current OC version?

Downloaded and installed module ok.
Created a copy of the import by doing an export to get correct fields.
Ran the Import after selecting Excel file and it comes up with
2018-12-18 23:36:11 - Export/Import: Invalid header in the Customers worksheet
2018-12-18 23:36:11 - Export/Import: Invalid header in the Addresses worksheet
Any suggestions what I might be doing wrong?

Hello,
i've got a problem with import of my products.
After the import a get a message: "Success: You have successfully imported your data!"
But the product was not added into admin panel or website.
What i've done?
I made the export of goods (it's works great), which before this was added manually.
After that, I've changed the ID from 53 to 54 (to add a new product in my product lists) and save and preparied it to the import. Import was successful, but i didn't see the changes in admin panel and website.
I do not understand what the problem is.

This site can’t be reached The webpage at http://xxxxx.com/admin/index.php?route=extension/export_import/download&user_token=W7DJrnG9PWyAncJNbjEsr4adLjhJ8YDH might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
I tried to export but it now get the notification as above (xxxx.com is my domain that I do not want to show). Could you please help, it worked very well last time

rebuild modification cache by visiting extensions>Modifications and clear your browser cache as well. log out and login to admin and you should see. This worked for me

After successful installation & refreashing modification, I'm still not able to see
under the menu System > Tools > Export / Import (for OC 2.x ). Need some help here.

To re-select permissions, and then save, refresh a page, you can see the menu connection, the problem has been resolved.
