Works perfectly with version 3.0.3.9 & PHP8.2. Great extension and very easy to use. Remember to use the 4.17 version. First used the wrong one and extension didn't work, with 4.17 it works like a charm. Many thanks !! Life has become just a little bit easier.

I install a clean installationOC3.0.3.8 with PHP 7.4 because with other i have issues. Now work great. Have addon problem to support PHP 7.4?

I use your extension for all my shops, thanks for your work.
On a new clean installation on OC3.0.3.8 (PHP 8.0) I receive a 500 trying to export.
Checked all files are uploaded.
Permissions are correct.
Do you have any clue what can create this issue?

Similar issue. I fixed it by changing the PHP ver to 7.4. and removing this from the .htaccess file "AddHandler x-httpd-php74 .php".

I doubt OC 3 to be fully php 8 compatible. Especially if you are using premium theme such as Journal.

You can use the 3.0.x.x_Maintenance branch of OpenCart which is available from https://github.com/opencart/opencart/tree/3.0.x.x_Maintenance . It is based on OpenCart 3.0.3.8, but with added support for PHP 8.x versions, and some further bugfixes.

To answer your questions:
1) No, it doesn't support this extension, we'd have to customize the Export/Import tool for this, for a charge.

2) Though we don't support the Journal2 framework, I don't think there are any extra DB fields, hence the Export/Import tool should work just fine with that framework, too.

In general, Journal2 is quite old, and like its successor Journal3, isn't a proper standard-compliant web theme, it's more like a different modified framework and will clash with many 3rd party extensions.

Notice: Due to a bug in the OpenCart marketplace server, when you download the OpenCart 4 version of the Export/Import tool, you have to rename the downloaded file from 'exportimport.ocmod.zip' to 'export_import.ocmod.zip' before installing it!
