Dear seller, Everything was working fine till installed the update. Could you please look it up fast , because this is costing me a fortune.
The fault is this:

1) when i upload the products show with the attributes, but i cannot filter on atributes with muy filter. If i go to a product edit in admin and save the product without changing anything the filter works and the attributes are recognized.

2) Also there is a problem inputting related id because by some products if y choose 3 id's 1 is not showing.

Hi I have just installed and imported a range of products using this extention. However the images are not importing. I have listed them in the format www.image.co.uk what is the problemplease? I am building using OC 3.0.2.0

and replace "return;" with "return $filename;" on line 4 or 5

Hello,

Opencart 2.0.3.1. Did the installation. Cleared Cache. but i do not see 'tool/export_import' to user group to give permissions , and i do not have acces to the module. Any Suggestions??

Solved. Delete the initial installation, installed no FTP, reinstalled import/export, and done

1- create some_file.php with this code in it: phpinfo();
2- copy this file to the server with your opencart
3- run this file in web browser
4- find 'upload_tmp_dir' on page
5- copy value of this directive
6- open file 'File.php' from dir: your_opencart/system/PHPExcel/Classes/PHPExcel/Shared
7- find text: return realpath(sys_get_temp_dir());
8- replace this text with: //return realpath(sys_get_temp_dir());
9- insert next row with this text: return realpath('...');
10- change ... to value from step 5
11- save and copy file to web

You need to go back to system > Modifications and click the blue refresh button then click the save button and it should appear under system > maintenance tab that worked for me anyway.

Extensions Installer would not work in Opencart 2.3 - "could not set root directory as" it says in red and stopped. So i tried to install the files via FTP, but I cannot see it anywhere in the admin panel or under extensions

See the comment below. Also, your 'FTP Root' is not set properly under system -->> settings -->> edit -->> FTP Tab which is why you see the error 'could not set root directory as'. If your Opencart install is in public_html, set the FTP Root as /public_html (no / at the end of it)

Thanks. That worked, so i managed to install it on both 2.3 and 3. version. I was able to export files from 2.3, but I cannot get the import to 3. working. Get this error for products: " Uploaded spreadsheet file has validation errors!
See also 'System > Tools > Error Logs' for more details.
No server data has been changed."

ok thanks. I got it to work, had to edit the files a bit before importing to v 3 because some headers were moved or removed

Also had to remove some entries for the product images. If I upload them beforehand I hope it can be possible to get them in the right categories so they will appear correctly too

Go to System -->> Users -->> Users Groups and give the correct Access and Modify Permissions to the user group. Then the link appears under System -->> Tools

For version 3 open cart you should:
1. Extension > Installer - Upload file
2. Extension > Modification - click Refresh in upper right corner
3. Under maintenance, you should see Export/Import
