we have problem this error when export
Option 'Size' is defined multiple times!
In the Settings-tab please activate the following:
Use option_id instead of option name in worksheets 'ProductOptions' and 'ProductOptionValues'

Hello, the extension installer is not working, Modification Export/Import Tool (V3.16) for OpenCart 2.x is using the same ID code as the one you are trying to upload!

HELP!!! Trying to export products by Manufacturer. Upon clicking Export XLS File button, file opens in Excel, but there are no products, only the header row. Doing same for all manufacturers. Was working fine a few days ago. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am using opencart 3.0.2.0 and export/import 3.16
couple of issues
firstly I had to set permission to 777 on the whole admin directory otherwise the install stop with permission error.
secondly once set permissions to 777 the install finished and said ok
from where should i see and access it
how I cant see export/inport on product section or anywhere

hi, tried to export from 2.2 and import it in 3.0.2, it gives an error the following error

You haven't supplied any error log entries related to the Export/Import tool, your error has something to do with the Journal2 web theme. I strongly advise against using that web theme as it doesn't abide by the OpenCart standards!

Installed fine, but does not show up in the admin area anywhere. I've seen that people say it should show up under "tools," but there are no options for tools anywhere in the navigation menu, or under the extensions list. Am I missing something, or is this just not working correctly?

Nevermind, figured it out. Had to edit the permissions for the administrator account.

Hi J. Could I use this for exporting customers and products from opencart 1.5.3.1 and importing them into opencart 2.0.3.1? I assume I will have to tinker about with the layouts of the spreadsheets?

Yes, you should be able to do that with the Export/Import tool.

Please use the latest version V3.14 of the Export/Import tool. For technical support, don't use this comments section, use the OpenCart forum!

Installed version 3.0.1.2, It went successful but When I am opening a Import/Export page from admin portal, i get below error.
