You can simply add 1 product and then export it using this tool. This will provide you with all the needed fields in the XLSX spreadsheet that you will need. Simply just add all the needed products to additional lines incrementing 1 for every row that you add.

модификаторы обновлял, кеш чистил, права админа и так все галочки, в чем проблем?

Hi
Your export import module is awesome and we use it very much. I am having a suggetion for the export files for products categories.
The categories in same column. If you can put categories like -
Top Parent Category Sub Category 1 Sub category 2 Subcategory4
Digital - Laptop Lapto Accessories -
Fashion Clothing Pant Trouser
Fashion Clothing Shirt Collar shirt
etc. It will is a idea if you can implement. I think it is easy to maintain after category is exported.

Ребята прошу помощи не пойму в чем проблема модуль (дополнение загружаю он он не где не отображается, отражается только в менеджере модулей. Сайт новый только установлен нужен ваш совет что делать!!!!!

I have installed this module and set all permissions in the administrator group. I've logged out of dashboard, logging in again but it still doesn't show in System/Tools/. Your advise would be appreciated.

I installed the export import tool and it shows up in modifications and says it was successfully installed but not in extensions how do i use it ?

Note: You are using an old version of the Export/Import Tool, please upgrade to the new version 3.10! I think I have upgraded with this file opencart-2-x-export-import-multilingual-3-11.ocmod.zip. I'm sure I have upgraded before but now I don't see the procedure anywhere.

Tried exporting from OC 1.5.6.4, and then import to OC 2.3.0.2 without touching the file in between. When trying to import I get an error message, "Export/Import: Invalid header in the Categories worksheet".
Export tool exports file with wrong headers. I have not made any settings to the module, just vanilla installations on both ends.

The OC 2.3.0.2 version has changed a small number of headers.
My new install of OpenCart tried to import data from old 2.3 version with same result.
eg. In the products file on the "products_options_value" tab Instead of option_id it needs "option" in the header.
Hence the "Export/Import: Invalid header in the Categories worksheet".
I solved by :
1. Enter one dummy item in category, product, customer catalog in new Opencart.
2. EXPORT all files using export/import tool.
3. Copy your old data into new excel spreadsheets;
=> INCLUDING OLD HEADERS.
4. Compare NEW header v OLD headers.
=> Compare NEW data required from new file v OLD data requirement.
=> eg. I found I needed OPTION (e.g. Option NAME 1) instead of OPTION_ID (e.g. Option_ID 1) so had to manually input the new data requirement for the OPTION header into the excel spreadsheet.
Worked as described after that.

Hi
I have exported the data from an 1.5.6.4 Opencart using your module and I want to import them in a new 2.3.0.2.
Whe I trying to upload I get this error:
Uploaded spreadsheet file has validation errors!
See also 'System > Tools > Error Logs' for more details.
No server data has been changed.
And hree are the error logs:

Hi guys, i installed tool manually in opencart 2.o and export product work fine but when i import product it gives success message "Success: You have successfully imported your data! " but product not imported they didn't show in product list.
Please help me i am new in open cart.

I'm running version 2.3.0.2. Seems to export fine but when I try to import, without changing anything i get the following error.

Installed on 2.2 uploaded fine, modifications refreshed and enabled but not in the list of the usergroup permissions. I can see it in tools but I don't have permission to use it and I can't give it permission and I can't use the opencart forum for some reason :(

Try to increase the memory in your php.ini file, it can help.
You can also edit your db user-group permissions on phpMyAdmin.

encountering the same problem as charlottekitto. Increased the memory in my php.ini file from 64M to 100M but still the permission doesn't appear. My phpMyAdmin somehow doesn't have user-group permissions shown.

Make sure you go to Extensions->Modifications and click the Refresh icon at the top. Once you've refreshed, you'll see it in the list of usergroup permission options.
