Hi folks, when I try to export I am get:
This site can’t be reached
The web page at xxx might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

The error log shows:
“PHP Warning: set_time_limit(): Cannot set max execution time limit due to system policy in /customers/0/9/f/website.co.uk/httpd.www/admin/model/tool/export_import.php on line 5487”

From the research i have done this is a setting controlled by the hosting provider. I have contacted them (one.com) and they have have said that the setting is default and they are unable(\unwilling) to change it. They say the export feature is unsupported even though they support Opecart themes.

I am using OpenCart Version 2.1.0.1.

I want to export the one product i have manually uploaded in order to see the format. I then want to create a CSV file in the same format to bulk upload the remaining products.

Any help would be appreciated

Updating in case anyone else hit the same issue... This was fixed by upgrading the tool to a newer version.

Hello! Migrate the data from version 1.5.6, point the way to a photo (via the module import/export). But when the catch up photos, where the single photo, then do not. And there where a few, not a primary. Is there where all 3 pictures doesn't work ((( The path for the photo is correct, in the folder the photo is. Not displayed ((((( Help!!!
Those photos appeared, they are from the image/cache/catalog/demo/TM KAROLINA/322221236_w800_h640_p1020961-40x40.jpg catch up..
for photo the path is: catalog/demo/TEST3/7/age-catalog-batal2016-1-c638129-v638129712-8159-nb4bggWKhvw.jpg
folder photos: image/catalog/demo/

I first uploaded/installed the extension via the installer. After following all the steps from the readme file the export/import option was not visible under System->tools. I noticed I could not set the access rights for this tool for the admin group. After diving into the code I noticed that not all the files were uploaded (even though I got a succes message). I uploaded all the files manually to the root of the website and refreshed the modification again. Then it worked!
