I am getting the following error when I try to upload the updated spreadsheet. I have spent hours adding all my products to the new sheet, can someone please help :(

Hi,
I try to use export/import with opecart 2.3.0.2. It give me error "Access denied. Your IP address is blacklisted". I allowed my IP in "users-api", but I see the same error.

Welcome! Help solve the problem! When you try to transfer categories from one site to empty the engine I got only the characters ">>>". What could be the problem?

It strange.
I've installed this extension.
It always result an empty file everytime I clicked on export button. But no errors were thrown.

Thank you for great extension!
I have extended categories database table by adding my own columns.
How cool it will be, if your extension will import/expord non-standard table columns, too!

Hello, I installed this tool on OpenCart 1.5.3.1, I export the categories or the products but the resulting excel file is corrupted and cannot be opened in MS Excel. What can I do?? Thank you very much!

Hi There

I've just recently discovered your excellent tool for version 2.3.0.2 and used it to import some products as a test (and it worked 100%). But now that I want to import the full product list it's not working so great. I exported my current listing to get a template document to work from and just added the rest of my products to the exported file. Now that I'm ready to upload I keep getting the following Errors:

2017-01-06 11:39:28 - Export/Import: Missing product_ids in worksheet 'Products'!
2017-01-06 11:39:28 - Export/Import: Missing product_ids in worksheet 'ProductOptionValues'!

I've checked that all my ProductID's runs in sequence & that nothing is missing, but still can't seem to solve the issue. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue like vara - I am exporting the products from 1.5.6, but than I have the error "Missing Product_ids" for various worksheets when I try to import them in 2x.

I can't upload the products. When i try to upload it always says that"Missing Product_ids in worksheet ProductOptionValues"
