I have OC version 2.3.0.2 with Journal theme.
I copyed the files into my store FTP again but still no "Export/import" in "System" menu. My "System" menu has only 4 sub-menu points: "Settigns", "Users", "Localisation" and "Tools".

Is this extension not working anymore?

Hello,
we use this extension from years and is 5 stars. Yesterday, trying to install in a 2.0.3.2 (is ever the first module I install in a new project) saw that in system>tools could not be shown the Export Import. We installed and uninstalled also OC nothing to do. We experienced an issue in uploading the files. Solved by uploading FTP the content of the OCmod file. That's all. The module works like a charme...

I have installed the extension but there was do documentation included on how to use it. I navigated to "Settings -> Tools -> Backup / Recover -> Export" because that is the only export button I know. The result is only SQL language in a .txt file.

How can I use this extension to export/import products into my store?

i have multi-vendor store and i want give vendor the option importing product via excel file. can this module suite my requirements. if not can you customize to suite my requirment

Seo-keyword column for 2nd language in product sheet is not available. Please include this and it will be perfect.

I changed the zip download to end with .ocmod.zip and yet I still get Invalid file type!

thanks for the plugin, but i have a extra column in my products: purchase price , how can i put this column in the xls file?

For me, as a developer, is the very best import/export extension that I ever tested. It helps me every time to import products from another ecommerce platforms. Thank you.
