I get this error while importing products.
"2016-02-21 10:03:34 - Export/Import: Missing product_ids in worksheet 'Products'!"

Hi JNeuhoff, my website recently got upgraded to open cart Version 2.1.0.1, Kindly give me step by step procedure to install opencart-2-x-export-import-multilingual-2-29.ocmod. I am missing something I suppose. Kindly help me with the procedure. mail me at rohanro881@gmail.com

@Ncasson: I am having this problem too. Just going to check if the images in the folder need different permissions as that's the only thing i can think of.

Hello -

How do we prevent columns that are NOT in the import from being wiped when the sheet is imported?

We only want to update certain columns, but it seems that this will delete values not present in the spreadsheet.

I've e-mailed you again for the 4th time regarding premium support.

Followed instruction. Permissions done. Files uploaded. There is no Import/Export Tool in Modifications.

I followed instructions step by step, it doesn't work.

@fernandomacieljr: I have a problem with this step because I don't see the option tools/export_import in accounts permission settings after succesfull installing of the export/import module.
In System/tools I have the Export / Import button but when I try to open it, I get the message about denied access due to permissions.

Could you, please, advise me with this? Thank you.

Hi Team,

i have this plugin installed for my website cmmarena.com,now when i try to download the files its giving me error and take me to website saying page not found. Please help, however i am able to download the file using product id range but full product list file gives an error

@dhanrakshan: Hi, you need change permissions in: Users > Group Users And Edit "Administrator" option. Check this option: tool/export_import

I'm using your image import
Import Products' Remote Images and I'm using the export/import tool, http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=17&filter_search=import&filter_license=0 but I don't understand how to use them together to import external images from a dropshipper site. Please help or did I buy the wrong extension?

Hi Help desk,

I have installed it, export/ import option available for me but it says "You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator."

i have tried changing the access levels also same error is coming again and again. can someone help me on this soon as possible.
