Hello,
I'm using ocStore 2.1.0.1. After working wiht export/import when adding any image through the admin panel it rolls to the login page with "Incorrect token session", so there is no variable which gets my token. Error log doesn't show any error. Help me, please.

This tool works for me with one exception. I put the path to the image and the image does not show up. I have to manually add the image. Is this by design?

I have downloaded and installed the Excel import tool. Unfortunately I cannot find the tool in the menu. It looks like the tool is not visible.
I have installed the version opencart-2-x-export-import-multilingual-2-xx.ocmod.zip
Does anybody know how I can make the tool visible and start the download and upload ?

I did the install but it is not showing up in tools. I have hit refreshed a million times. I have deleted the files in vqcache. I have disabled and renabled and refresh and it still does not show up in tools. Going through the comments and forums this a common issue. The only error I see in the logs is this
PHP Notice: Undefined variable: entry_export in /home2/megamenu/public_html/pawsomepets/admin/view/template/tool/backup.tpl on line 43
If anyone knows of a fix or another free tool I can use, please let me know.

Hello such, I wonder if you could change this extension to allow me to download all the columns of mysql related product table (oc_product) because I have third-party modules that add me functionality to the web and when I update thereofThey lose those settings. Hi, i have difficulties to export with all the product contain. i was thought maybe because the files is too big so i tried with key in the product id partially from 50-500 instead of leave it empty but still have the same error. the last time i success to export it was trying with export 2 items only, product id from 50-52 then it works. but i have thousands of product, this seems not the correct way to doing it. hope to have your guide.
this is the error:

though it says the server may down. but i have this error only when i try to do the export.

@kazihaha: Hi! Go Admin/Settings. There you find your store and take the "Edit" action. In the "Edit Settings" you will find the FTP tab ... go there, fill credentials and enable.

I am using opencart 2.0.3.1.
I am having trouble importing data in my website.
I have unchecked the following options in the settings-
-Use option_id instead of option name in worksheets 'ProductOptions' and 'ProductOptionValues'
-Use option_value_id instead of option_value name in worksheet 'ProductOptionValues'
-Use attribute_group_id instead of attribute_group name in worksheets 'ProductAttributes'
-Use attribute_id instead of attribute name in worksheet 'ProductAttributes'
Now I export the data to see the format in which I have to import the data.
Firstly, The import does not work if I have a new option and attribute in the import.
Secondly, if I enter the options and attributes manually through the usual process and then proceed with the Import. It is successful but the products are not visible in the backend (it shows no product added)
Assist me with the problems.

I got this error "FTP needs to be enabled in the settings" although I installed QuickFix 1.2 successfully. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi, I am using Opencart V1.5.5.1, while I am trying to export product, it is successfully saving. But while I am trying to open the excel file it says Ëxcel canot open the file öptions-2015-12-12.xlsx' 'because the file format or file extension is not valid.

@bhagia: You must enter the PRODUCT ID column each excel sheets. Before you start, you must download your own products excel workbook from your server.. Then, you can add or change any value on the worksheets. DO NOT Delete any column in that orginal workbook.

Hello after installing successfully in version 2.x it is not showing anywhere under system menu modules/tools etc.
I gave permission from user group.

HI,
Even I installed import/export but when I'm exporting some error is coming and for import I dont have excel file.
So If i get excel format then I will be greant. Also would like to know why I'm getting error while exporting products list.
