seems to have a controller/file missing, clicking the admin Link produces a page does not exist Message on an empty Page. The other v.1.5.6.x Version works well.

Thanks for your GREAT mod. I have a question, with the OCMOD's are there any modifications that need to occur in the install.xml file if the "admin" root folder has been changed?

dear sir,
i uploded this module in version 1.5.6.4. and i follow all the instruction as given in read.txt. but i am unable to find import/export button in setting menu.

I installed it and completed Set access and modify permissions for 'tool/export_import' under "System > Users > User Group > Edit Administrator"

Where do I go next to see and use "'tool/export_import"

Hi,
1 - What are the fields in the spreadsheet?
2 - Can you add your own custom fields that you have added?
3 - Are you able to upload (multiple) pictures with other product info?
4 - Can you specify which category and subcategory a product is part of?

1) Once installed, go to menu System and click Import/Export.
2) Click Export button. It should export the Shop Catalog in a xlsx file
3) (edit the file)
4) To import: Upload the same file, and click Import (backup database first for safety)

I used this extension for a catalog of 200 products and it works perfectly.

Can someone please tell me how to upload a csv / excel spreadsheet of products & where can i find an example spreadsheet so i know where to enter each field.
I have it all installed but cant find it

No server data has been changed.

Hi!
I have a question regarding leading zeros in text fields. We have models like 0022 or 0800. These values changed to 22 or 800 after exporting. It's trouble for us to edit every model cell before import because we have hundreds of models like this. Please fix it.

Hello,

I have recently upgraded my OpenCart installation to version 1.5.6.4. For some reason when I did so this Import/Export tool no longer appeared in my System menu. The simple fix for this was to download the version of the tool that was meant for my new version of OpenCart and install it, which I did.

It seems to work fine. I can now see the entry in the System menu once again, and I can Export a .xlsx file. However, when I attempt to open the file in Excel, I receive the following error:

"Excel cannot open the file 'backup_categories_products.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."

Clearly the file extension is correct. Has anyone seen this issue before? And if so, how can I solve it?

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

i have installed export/import tool extension. i have export categories and products from opencart 1.5.1.3. it is exported successfully. but when i import the exported file in opencart 2.0.11 version. it is not working and showing error. Please solve this issue.
