Issue with 2.0... I got an error message (See below) when trying to use the new built in tool to install extension... So I proceeded to do it the original way via FTP. However I do not see the extension under Extensions > Modifications. I do see 'tool/export_import' under - System > Users > User Group > Edit Administrator. Any advice? Or is Opencart 2.0 still not ready for prime time? Do we need to wait till 2.0.1 is released?

Hello Sir , OpenCart 1.5.6.4 with opencart-1-5-1-to-1-5-6-x-export-import-multilingual-2-17.zip, PHP version 5.2.6

Export works good. However, import any files exported, the tips is:Call to undefined function libxml_disable_entity_loader()
No server data has been changed.

How to fix it? Thanks.

Hi,

Why can't it says "Permission Denied!" You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator.

Please assist on it. I'm using 2.0 version of Open Cart.

@JNeuhoff, hi i just checked the Admin panel, if i m making the store to default selection, its appearing. should there be a fix ?

@JNeuhoff , once i export the category and modify couple of them in excel. and trying to import back, I notice categories disappear, any reason ?

Hello,

All the versions are working perfect.

There is a small error in 2.0 version. The link doesn't comes in the menu in admin panel.

Please let me know as soon as it is corrected.

@JNeuhoff Vqmod is fine. But why I cannot see check box for tool_export/import in user groups?

Hello,

I have a similar problem like Lajos on 4-9-2014, I export the data from the webshop and trying opening the file I get the following error message:
"The file format and file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."

The filename is: backup_categories_products.xlsx

Did anybody experience the same problem?

@goestoe: It is not the extension that has a problem, it has to do with your FTP support being disabled from your hosting. You can try this extension though to fix that. It definitely works if you follow the whole instruction. I cannot say that I have tested it extensively though.
