I get this error, what should I tell my hosting company?

thanks for your good extension but i have one problem , i try to upload mass category and i upload right 27700 categories , but when i go to upload more category , system cant reload the file..
i put search , i give th file and put import , if have 27.700 categories say successful to import categories etc... if i upload upper to 27700 , reload but dont say error or successful to import categories etc.
where is the problem?

hi.
great tool. works on the opencart defaul theme.
i have purchased Cleve modern responsive theme (Cleve Modern & Responsive OpenCart Theme) and i tried using this great tool on my theme and i get a blank white screen when i import the xls file. cand you help me fix this ?

Change the line 6 in admin/controller/tool/export.php with this $this->language->load('tool/export');

I installed this component.
in System> Users> User Group
Access the window 'and' Modify 'no' tool / export '
What went wrong

Hi Guys,

Really hope you can help me here!

Uploads all files and folders.

Ammended the header pages as per readme file.

Can't see the tools/import check box in the User groups >> Top Administration to enable permission.

Please help.

A developper integrated for me a incremental import for my products for this extension. I can upload now in batches of 500-1000 or how much many i want as long as i don't exceed file or memory limits. Works great now!

See that you don't use spaces in your image links. Use _ or - to connect the words.

Hi I was using this tool and it was working fine, I then added a SEO pack and now when I import my file all my images are disappearing even though the excel file and image titles for each product are correct.

Can anybody help?

Whats the use of asking support if nobody replies, even not on the forum.

Even the extension its free but without support it sucks. I am trying to implement the incremental tool now here on my own expenses, something that this tool needed to have already a very long time.

If you export your products, productdescriptions and all other stuff and the file hits 8MB then its impossible to import again. Its better for this to pay for an extension as excelport that offers incremental import and also a great support.

...but we all know you don't have time here...

I was trying to use this extension "Export/Import Tool", as per the instructions I installed vqmod & uploaded the files, a new option "Export/Import" appeared under system menu(admin side), when I clicked on it the following error occured:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined method Loader::language() in /home/website/public_html/prostak/admin/controller/tool/export.php on line 6"

Please help me to find a solution for this.

Hi !
I have added products manually and exported and now it exports the xlsx file but has a 0 kb output.

The previous error was probably because of having no products in the list..?

Hi!, I installed this extension and configured accordingly - i am unable to export as spreadsheet.

While exporting i get this below error.

2013-03-05 0:47:38 - PHP Exception: Could not close zip file php://output. in /home/content/37/10526237/html/system/PHPExcel/Classes/PHPExcel/Writer/Excel2007.php on line 378

i checked the line 378 in Excel2007.php it says

throw new Exception("Could not close zip file $pFilename.");
---

i export the products using this tool, then i candge the prices of some products and when i click the import button in opencart admin i get a blank white page.
after this failed import all the categories from my website are gone (i can see the categories in admin) but not on store front.

can you help me ?

@profi-art: Thanks.. i did the same but then i got this error on clicking the export/import link (Notice: Error: Could not load template /home/pajamach/public_html/adminz/view/template/tool/export.tpl! in /home/pajamach/public_html/system/engine/controller.php on line 100)

@funguru: It's located in administrator area under System -> Export/Import.
If you don't have it, then you probably need to edit this files

admin/controller/common/header.php
admin/language/english/common/header.php
admin/view/template/common/header.tpl

accordingly to the Readme file
