Ok, problem sorted! Apologies but this was a 'user error' moment!! I had changed my admin folder name and didn't realise that the Qmod xml file had the admin folder name hardcoded. I changed this to my new admin folder name and now it works perfectly!! Great extension and very useful! Good work!

I'm also not able to see any 'tool/export' options when clicking into the top administrator.

I am using OC Version 1.4.9.3 and have so far only tried using it via the Qmod xml file as I did not want to edit core files. I have seen a few posts now where it would appear that the Qmod xml file does not work.

Has this method been tried by anyone using OC Version 1.4.9.3?

I have followed the instructions but when I go to System > Users > User Group and select Top Administrator and there is no "tool/export" entry??!

maybe i stupid question.. but i installed like it say in the readme file, but i don't understand where to find that options import/export? i don't see it in my admin? so where do i find it!

Kérem, segítségeteket, mert számomra nagyon fontos lenne ezt a bővítményt működésre bírni vagy valami hasonló olyan free megoldást találni, amivel könnyen bárki módosítást végezhet az üzlet terméklistájában.
Nagyon jó lenne, működésre bírni ezt a bővítményt, mert én a Export/Import Tool -nál egyszerűbb módon termékfrissítő bővítményt még nem találtam.

1. Szerintem tömeges termék módolásnál a leghasznosabb eszköz a Export/Import Tool „lenne”

Viszont „Csak annyi a problémám” -de az pont elég:) , hogy hiába be van állítva minden szükséges paraméter a serveren kb olyan 5000 terméknél többet nem sikerül felvinnem vele.
Nekem kb 14000 terméket kéne folyamatosan frissítenem, amire a leírása szerint képes is a Export/Import Tool bővítmény, de sajnos ezt az 5000-terméket is elég nehezen lehet felvinni mert, hol idő túllépésre, hol pedig memória problémára hivatkozva megszakad a export.
Próbáltam már a weben de még localhoston is ahol aztán tényleg minden esetleges szükséges dolog engedélyezve van, és itt is ugyanazt csinálja: ha olyan kedve van végigviszi az exportot, de ha olyan kedve van csak egy részét de 5000-tételnél + 14000 speciális árnál többet semmiképpen sem tudok többet felvinni vele.
Próbálkoztam már többféle módon, de most már úgy vagyok vele, hogy teljesen megfaroltam és lövésem sincs, mi lehet a gond.

I have a problem. Where do I Export problems.
But when I Import gives me this error:

Error: MySQL server has gone away
Error No: 2006
DELETE FROM `product_image`

Hi,

I would recomend that there should be a checkbox if to delet actual database or not, because languages are working somehow strange.

(using latest release of this pugin)

I have installed this tool ( or I think ). Well the problem is I dont see any options to export/import. I followed the steps exactly in the readme.txt. I checked the tool/export in the User Groups. Now, what do I do? How do I import/export from/to excel?

The best is the best module Export / Import Tool
I installed using web áruházamba VQmod and works well for a certain product quantity.
What is wrong when the Export / Import Tool module 150,000 8MB file importing a product appears in the following error message:

The install admin has buggard up my admin acess I have to log in every time I click on a TAB on admin side of things and then have to long in every time
