This extension replaces the add to cart functionality of your theme with a much better popup that provides a better experiences for your customers.

The popup shows information about the product that was added and provides the customer with links to directly checkout, go to their shopping cart, or to continue shopping. It also allows for a great upsell opportunity by showing other products that were purchased with the product that was just added to their cart. This information is pulled directly from previous orders and is very helpful for customers.

You can also modify the related product behavior to show products that you've manually set to show up when an item has been added to a customers cart. This allows for a finer grain of control over the products to upsell to your customers.
