Expired Special/Discount Products Alert

Description:
✔ This extension extends the admin notifications menu to show and notify about all products that have expired special or discount periods.
✔ A new menu items for special and discount products each with its counter will be displayed under product section in the admin notifications menu.

How does it work:
✔ Expired special period menu item will count all products that have at least one expired end date for its special period, The result will be displayed in the red box beside the text.
✔ Expired discount period menu item will count all products that have at least one expired end date for its discount period, The result will be displayed in the red box beside the text.
✔ You only need to hover on the menu item in order to see the expired products in a tool tip, each product name will appear with the product ID to make it easy for you to remember and edit.
✔ The total expired products number will be added to the counter at the menu root, So you get notified before even opening the menu.

Requirements:

Installation steps:
✔ Upload expired_products_alert.xml file to your vqmod xml folder.

Notes:
✔ If the product has a special or discount periods with no end date, then it will not be counted.
✔ If the product has two or more expired periods, then it will be counted only once (to avoid duplicates).
✔ The vQmod finds the syntax and replaces based on the default theme.
✔ This extension is a Single-Domain license only! If you want to use it on more than one domain, you need to purchase additional licenses.
