What it does

You can add a tax exemption per product for the disabled (it is a per tax class exemption).
It adds a Disability VAT Exemption Declaration form when:
* the Customer Creates an account
* At Checkout out time: both Guest and Register options supported
* Adds the info in the back-end: Customer + Order
* Supports OpenCart upgrades (it is using its own database tables)

What it does NOT do

* Customers are not able to see/amend previous declaration (only the admin can)
* From the admin: you cannot manually insert an order and have the declaration form (you have to use the front-end)
