Request for Information form on products page for non-logged in customers

What it does

It replaces the "Add To Cart" button for customers that are not logged in (for an installation that manually approves new customers or not). Customers are prompt to fill a form to get more information about the product (good for business leads). The form is sent to the store's owner. The contact form is prefilled with the (hidden) product details.

In admin, go to Catalog > Products > select product > Edit. Data Tab.

Option to request more product info button is set to enabled.
