PayPal Fee / Supplemento PayPal 1.1.0 for OpenCart 1.5.x

With this extension you can apply a fee to the PayPal payments.

*** Requirements:
You need VQmod to use this extension. If you don't have it installed go to: http://code.google.com/p/vqmod/

*** Installation:
- Unzip copy the folders on the root of your OC installation.
- Install "PayPal Fee" from your admin area (Extensions -> Order Totals)
- Edit the module, set the parameters and enable
- Remember also to install and enable a PayPal payment method (Extensions -> Payments)

*** Upgrade from a previous version:
- Uninstall the module from (Extensions -> Order Totals)
- Copy the folders on the root of your OC installation overwriting all the existing files
- Install and edit the module (Extensions -> Order Totals -> PayPal Fee)

*** Features:
- apply a fixed or percentage fee to PayPal
- can set a min and max "order total" for no fee
- can set a min and max fee value when using percentage option
- fee cost preview in Payment Method selection during checkout

*** Notes:
- No files are modified. Some fields are added to the setting table in the OC database
- It works on multilanguage and multistore sites
- Available in english and italian
- To remove click the uninstall button and delete the previously copied files
- Verified on opencart from 1.5.3.x to 1.5.6.x
