Check Cash On Delivery Payment Method for Pincode

Tested with OpenCart v 1.5.6.4. It will work for all 1.5.5+ versions.

Description:
This module provides facility to check if Cash On Delivery is available at your area or not.
- install module and enter pincodes where you want to enable Cash On Delivery payment method.
- on product page, there is section where you can enter pincode and check if you can get Cash On Delivery payment method or not.
- On Checkout page, based on your shipping address pincode, Cash On Delivery method will appear in the list.
If shipping address pincode not available in admin module than COD is not available in payment method list
