Price based shipping / total based shipping

This module adds the price-based shipping method to your shop. (also known as total-based shipping)
The price-based shipping module calculates shipping rates based on the total value of the cart.

Unlimited different total-based rates can be created by separating the rates with commas.
E.g. 39.99:4,100000:0 means that up to 40.00 (Euro/Dollar/Pounds) the fee is 4.00 (Euro/Dollar/Pounds) and above 40 EUR/Dollar/Pound cart value shipping is for free.

It is easily configurable (see pictures), e.g. you can set different fees for every zone. This means, that with this extension you can also have geo zone based shipping because you can specify the fees per geo zone.

This module does not modify any OpenCart files.
