You need to make sure you had enable it and fill the correct barcode format to the sku field and etc...

I want an unique code auto generated . This code has to be made from: sku or mode+product option in my case color+another product option, in mt case size
Ex: sku is cod1234, color is red, size is XL
Ex: cod1234+red+XL=CODN87
cod1234+black+XL=CODN88

I am using OC 1.5.4 and have purchased your extension. It works,, Only not quite as I expected.. , I have set up my site to offer colour options.. If they are on a black coloured product and pick (say) a red one because it is shown as being related.. The barcode refers to the black option NOT as I was hoping, the correct colour - as selected.. the barcode is suddenly showing 'incorrect' information as part of stock control.. Can this be corrected?

Hi, I just installed this extension, I have 2 columns in the invoice for the SKU and the SKU Barcode. One is the correct sku and the other is filled with a link of some sort, can you help me get rid of the unwanted column?

Hi,

I need to know from you whether the barcode generated for a product will deduct stock once we scan that physically for sale? What will the label show when they are scanned?

We will maintain stock for 3 separate store from one admin and will have barcodes for each products, the labels will be scanned physically for distibution to thier respective stores and once a sale is done that product will have to be substracted from the main stock.

is this possible using the extension? We will eb using the latest opencart version.

Anyway....

Can you please explain why you would want a barcode for the invoice number? What can you do with the barcode?

I am new to OpenCart so I may not understand yet how it works but I want to be able to quickly get to Sales>Orders>Order ID/Invoice number from the printed invoice so that I can scan in the tracking code for that order. Wouldn't it be easier to make a barcode of the order ID so that it can be scanned into the search/filter in Sales>Orders?

It is not possible for OC as it use only order ID to search for the order summary.

Hi there

Can you use the barcode for the invoice number to get back to the order summary page? I have a scanner and want to be able to find the order summary so that I can scan the barcode of the shipping label into the shipping details for each order. I may have missed something as I am new to OC - but when I scan the invoice I get the invoice number - but not the Order ID - so how do I search for an order by invoice number rather than order ID?

The barcode is available at invoice only and make it is enable at extension->modules.
