Products Limiter Pro easily allows you to limit how many products a store can have. If there's more products then the limit set no new products could be added. It also has a limit of products for the copy products - if there's more products then the limit set making product copy if unavailable.

This is the professional version where you can put your own number of products(instead of pre-defined numbers of products).
