Image Directory Spiltter
Image Directory Splitter for Opencart 2.0.x-2.3.x
WHY I wrote this module:
- Some hosting companies limit the number of files in a directory. I have limited each directory to 200 image files. Assuming up to 5 thumbnails, it will automatically break these up into a category as well, limiting the cache to 1000 files per directory.
What this module does:
- When you enter a new product on your website, it will start you in a directory labelled DIR_xxxxxxx (where x is a number) until it is 'filled' - it will then start you in the next one. You still have the ability to change the directory manually if you so choose.
Installation:
This module uses vQmod - simply drop the XML file included in place. Don't forget to backup first.
