Boosts page load time.

It restricts OpenCart from running any SQL query that will count
products in category.
This mod will run only if you disable product count in admin panel(System>settings>{Your STORE}>Option).

This mod will NOT conflict with custom themes.

Significant boost in speed.
Tested on 20 000 items store.
Home page server response time was 18 sec now it is 196ms. on shared hosting.
