What does it do:
================
This mod enables auto update currency rates from tcmb.gov.tr instead of yahoo.com.


How to install it:
==================
1) If you don't already have, install vqmod http://code.google.com/p/vqmod/downloads/list
2) Copy content of upload folder to the root directory of your opencart installation (no file is overwritten).
