Module adds a button "Express Order" at the upper right side in product page.
When a customer click button it scroll down the page to form "Quick Order".
Customer must fill name, phone number and Captcha to send the order.

Store manager receive an email with customer details and product page link.
The store manager can contact customer by phone.
