Newsletter ReSubscribe: Add links to order confirmations and order updates

Opencart 2 (vqmod) or Opencart 3 (ocmod)

WHY I wrote this module:
- To stay legal for SPAM laws in most countries, an unsubscribe link in all emails is required

What this module does (Unsubscribe Module):
- It creates a mechanism with the newsletter subscribe/unsubscribe function to allow the user to do so from an email link. The user can also re-subscribe from the same link once unsubscribed. The user is unsubscribed immediately after clicking the initial link.
- It is fully compatible with all other newsletter modules I have written, including the multi-store, radio button, and slow down newsletter function.

What this module does (Resubscribe Module):
- Adds a text link in all Order Confirmation and Order Update emails with a link that allows a customer (who has an account) to subscribe to newsletters if they are not yet a subscriber.
- This module REQUIRES the UNSUBSCRIBE module installed to work. It is not required to make the unsubscribe module to work.


- It is fully compatible with all other newsletter modules I have written, including the multi-store, radio button, and slow down newsletter function.

Available Compatible Companion Extensions available for purchase:
"Radio Buttons for Newsletters during signup" - Force your users to choose a newsletter option when signing up. Adheres to SPAM laws, by not auto-signing up your customers, or losing out on the opportunity to have them sign up
"Slow Down Newsletter (and save its progress as it goes)" - Send your email out in smaller batches, and log the newsletter so that it can be continued if it is interrupted.
"Multi-Store Newsletter Options" - Allows a secondary (or multiple) newsletter option for each store independent from one another. Allows you to send newsletters to single stores.

This package contains 3 ocmod or vQmod xml files.
1. unsubscribe module - required
2. resubscribe module - optional. Use this one if you are NOT running MY "Multi-Store Newsletter Options" Module
3. resubscribe module - optional. Use this one if you ARE running MY "Multi-Store Newsletter Options" Module (only works with my multistore module)

You will copy 1 or 2 of the xml files to your vQmod/xml directory (DO NOT COPY ALL 3). If you need to change any of the text (i.e. different language) you can edit the xml file directly.

Languages:
English is hard-coded into the XML file. It would be easy to make it multi-language, but it is not by default. If you need it to be multi-language, let me know.

Template:
This file makes a small change to a template file. Some themes could have an issue if they modify this file, but it can usually be modified easily.

Use:
Changes are automatic when installed. Emails will include the unsubscribe link, and have the ability to do so without logging in.

Uninstall:
This mod can be removed by removing the XML file, with no side effects.
