The Mobile Sitemap plugin will generate a sitemap for your store with URLs that serve mobile web content.

Do I need aMobile Sitemap?

According to Matt Cutts of Google, you may not need a separate Mobile Sitemap if your store is using Responsive Web Design where the same page is served to both desktop and mobile screens. Everyone else may need one.

Having a mobile sitemap tells search engines which pages are mobile friendly, and search engines tend to rank mobile friendly pages higher in mobile browsers.

This module doesn't change anything in the core of Оpencart.
