Modules filtered by language allows admin to show modules depending laguage selected.
By example:
You can create a module with some featured products and activate for english, and create another module with some other featured products and activate for spanish.
You can create a slideshow for all languages or 2 slideshow modules and assign each one to one exclusive language.
