if you process a lot of orders, don't you get tired of writing a comment for each order on each order status change, to notify the customer???? This is where Order History Templates comes in.

Create unlimited predefined messages (templates) and use them over and over again in the Order History Tab.

1. Create new templates
2. Go to ORDERS-->VIEW ORDER (button)-->HISTORY TAB
3. All created predefined messages ar available to select.
4. Select a template and immediately the comment box wil get updated with the content of the Order History Template.
5. The checkbox for notifying the customer is by default checked now, since 90% of the cases you want to update the customer with the new status.

INSTALLATION (require vqmod and NO files will be OVERWRITTEN)

1. Inside the folder you see a folder named "upload" --> copy the the folders "admin" and "vqmod" to the root of your webshop. NO FILES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN!
2. Login to your admin and go to SYSTEM --> USERS --> USERGROUPS --> Click on the (edit button) usergroup you want to give access to this extension. Click on "select all" for both access and modify permission or check for both the option "sale/order_history_templates" and hit save.
3. Now first create some templates in SALES --> ORDER HISTORY TEMPLATES
4. Once done go to SALE --> ORDERS and click on the view button of a particular order. Go to the "history tab" and now you see the option (dropdownlist) "Order HIstory Template". Choose a template and the predefined text will immediately show up in the comment box.
5. Because in 90% of the cases you always want to notify the customer we already checked that option.
