Opencart has a powerfull marketing function where you can send emails (or complete newsletters) to Customers, Customer Groups, Affiliates etc. Sometimes you create new mails over and over again and this is a lot of work - time consuming. This is where the Email Templates extension comes in.

Create unlimited predefined emails (templates) and use them over and over again in the Opencart mail extension. You can create simple emails or even responsive emails!!!

1. Create new email templates (predefined emails) in MARKETING-->EMAIL TEMPLATES
2. Go to MARKETING-->EMAIL
3. All created predefined emails are available to select.
4. Select an email template and immediately the message box wil get updated with the content of the Email Template you've created earlier.

INSTALLATION (requires vqmod and NO files will be OVERWRITTEN)

1. Inside the folder you see a folder named "upload" --> copy the the folders "admin" and "vqmod" to the root of your webshop. NO FILES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN!
2. Login to your admin and go to SYSTEM --> USERS --> USERGROUPS --> Click on the (edit button) usergroup you want to give access to this extension. Click on "select all" for both access and modify permission or check for both the option "marketing/email_templates" and hit save.
3. Now first create some templates in MARKETING --> EMAIL TEMPLATES
4. Once done go to MARKETING --> MAIL Now you see the option (dropdownlist) "Email Template". Choose a template and the predefined text (or use html) will immediately show up in the message box and is ready to be modified and can be send to whoever you like.
