Its a simple form which allows the customer to contact directly for quotes or information regarding a product from product's page.
It Emails both the customer and the admin.
Please note that the email is not stored anywhere.
Also Added captcha for contact form

We Have three options for mod files (both vqmod and ocmod)
1) Plain contact form will add below product's add to cart button
2) Contact form will remove the product's prices and display when product quantity is zero
3) Plain contact form for Journal Theme
