Having trouble with your SSL and OpenCart? This extension should quickly resolve your problems...

If you're having errors/issues with either your admin or your front end, then you may be having some of these problems:
-All page formatting is lost.
-Error messages or warnings stating that "only secure content is displayed" or "page includes content which is not secure".
-Message boxes displaying "Error: '$' is undefined".

If you are experiencing the above issues, firstly check whether your host is using SSL load balancing / proxy, and if so apply this mod.
If you hosting provider uses load balancer or you are using cloud server to host your opencart setup and you have issues with your SSL, then this fix is for you. Since a reverse proxy (load balancer) may communicate with a web server using HTTP your opencart may detect the settings wrong. I had this kind of issues with my linode server and had to come out with this vqmod.
Please make sure your hosting supports server side detection of the SSL settings(most do), before you buy it.
This fix will not fix any hardcoded urls in your theme.
