Fix tax ordering
On cart checkout, taxes are not ordered according to their priority (see http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=191&t=150080).
With this vQmod, they should be.
Not sure there is need for this mod on other pages than cart checkout, if so I will update this extension in the next week(s) as I find out.
Not tested with 1.5 but according to github it should work — let me know.
