The "Mobile Phone Field" extension create as you see and to the photos above a new mandatory field which customer fill the mobile phone number.This field created to the main Register Account Form(for the new customers),for the customers which decide to create account at the time of checkout and guests customers during the checkout process.

Furthermore one customer which desire to change the mobile phone number can do it via Edit Account form,as he would with any other factor(Firstname,e-mail etc).

Finally in Admin Panel the administrator via Sales->Customers->Customers[edit] could to handle the new mobile phone.Also via Sales->Orders[View][Print Invoice] the mobile phone it is available for printing.
