Remove Reward Points Links
Remove the reward points links from account page, account menu and sitemap.
As no core files are overwritten, you can add back the links by removing the extension whenever you want.

Use your FTP program, upload the xml file "removerewardpoints.vqmod.xml" to the folder vqmod/xml
