Hi, I sent you an email a few days ago as I promised.
I added additional zip with modification for journal 3 and you need to download and install it after installing e-commerce extension (or if e-commerce extension is already installed you don't need to uninstall or change it).

I mean this extension will work with Google Analytics code integrated by GTM, but it has no connection with GTM since it based on google measurement protocol. So yes, you are right it does not create any tracking tabs in GTM.

I have some pre-sales questions for this e-commerce tracking extension:
1. Can I use this on multiple domains/opencart installations?
- (if answer is no) Is there a possibility for a multi-domain license?
2. Is there any information available if this extension will work with Joomla Extension Mijoshop 4 (opencart 3.0.2.1 inside) ?

2. Unfortunately, this extension was not tested on Joomla Extension Mijoshop 4 with OpenCart 3.0 inside.

For those like me messing with the settings and are not receiving any data on Analytics, check if you have DEBUG enabled on General tab (it should be disabled in production).

Also, continuing from the below comment, the plugin doesn't seem to use any of the Enhanced Ecommerce APIs, lie ga('ec:addCart') or ga('ecommerce:addCart') (thing which other plugins here in the marketplace do).
How do you send the EE tracking data?
