Installation:

1) Download the extension for Remove fields from Checkout and unzip.
2) Then go in admin panel then click on Extensions menu where click on Extension Installer

menu then upload the file "remove_fields-pro-v1.1.ocmod.xml" .
3) Then goto Modifications under Extensions menu and click on referesh button.
