LiveHelp - online (support) chat with customers

LiveHelp is a module that allows you to lead online discussions with your customers. It is a well-known extensions (eg. Zoopim) that it is based entirely on own code and does not use any other third-party services. The module allows transparent and efficient approach to your customers and offers them a quick and convenient way to contact you.



What module offers

• Online communication between the customer and the operator (administrator)
  
• Storing messages into the data warehouse for better performance modules and implementing full-text search over that stored data
  
• There are no limits!!!! - unlimited messages, users and operators
  
• The communication between the operator and the customer is in relation 1: N - the operator can chat with an unlimited number of users simultaneously, each user chooses when logging to what the operator connects
• There is an option to redirect users to another online operator
  
• Module has its own system settings and do not obstruct traffic of OC store
  
• Minimized CSS and JS libraries
  
• Multilingualism is commonplace - but available just in english - but using default langauge system files so you can simple translate it
  
• Online communication between the customer and the operator (administrator)
  
• Module will not overwrite any files - is required vQmod ! - whole module can be simply turned on or off in module setting
  
• There is also the option to kick an user and ban him, it is possible for specifically long time (eg for 1 day or 1 hour)
  
• Chat is extended by emoticons and BBCode which allows you to insert links, pictures and youtube video
  
• All important parameters are adjustable in the settings module
  

New version 2.0 also offer:

• Sticking position to right, left and bottom + everywhere on screen

• Themeable - allow you make own theme, download more themes and switch them
  
• Alerting in page title - blink page title with count of new messages
  

What else?

As another useful feature is the monitoring of the customer and the information about it. For each registered customer who created the thread so store more information on common data such as the IP address, the browser client and whether they are logged customer or guest.
As an additional feature, however, is also recorded content of the customer's basket which is periodically updated. Thanks so you can track which user has the most in a basket of products, what products are and how much his example and encourage action to order or recommend him another product.

Sound system

The module has its own sound system. The system is based on capturing the 5 events (new message, send a message, the user's connection, the user logs off and special functions), where you can assign your own audio tracks to each of them (different for admin side and store side).
Sounds can be easily switched off, and the settings are kept throughout the session.
