OCMOD - Fix Login with Amazon PHP Errors (Login Cancelled)
Fixes the "undefined variable $user" error in "catalog/controller/module/amazon_login.php"
The PHP error is displayed when a user clicks "Cancel" on the login popup.
Created for 2.2.0.0 but should work for all 2.x versions.
