Whenever the categories are shown in the top menu or the category structure in the left column (category module), Opencart only shows the main menus and its child categories, no deeper levels.

This mod will show 1 more level, the grand-childeren will be shown in the category module and the main menu. These are installed with the Admin panel installer, after that you need to put some code to your "bootstrap.min.css" css file
