I was not able to install it on the Version 3.0.3.2. It gives "Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Error: Could not load model gkd_import/tool! in....."

Strange, looks like the install failed to upload all files, try to re-upload the package in extension installer or eventually try to install directly over FTP.

Hello,
When importing xml data, I do not want some products that I pulled from the same xml and made changes with xml again.
Can I exclude these products in XML?

Hi, yes this is possible, if you have some data that you can distinct in your modified product you can use this to tell the module to not update this one, another solution would be using the import labels of the module, for example you apply an import label when importing your products and if you edit some product then remove the import label when editing your product and tell to the module to import only if the product has an import label, else skip it.

Hello. We use your module and we want to setup export cron job for specific xml. Currently the export is with name product-2020-03-25-00-01.xml next day cron jobs the product export file is with different name product-2020-03-25-12-01.xml .. So how can we make export in same name, overwrite the existing file. We want to give our products base in xml to our partners and if the code to read this file must not be with different names. Thanks in advanced.

When I have a special character (like è, é, ç, or html code) in a specific field in the upload file the program seems not to upload this particular field. Do I miss something.

You surely have to select correct character encoding of your file in step 2.

Is it possible with this module to import all products first and then a description for each product? Then using the API, each product description request must have its own product code.
There are 15000 products, these descriptions cannot be imported one at a time.

Yes this is possible, there is in the module an import mode called "Update - preserve" which keeps all your current data and just update the fields you want to update, so you can use that to insert your products descriptions in another process.

Ah ok, that's normal you don't see your products and categories on the demo shop, it is only doing simulation but does not insert really the data, we can test your file on our test server if you want and show you the result to make sure all is working fine, you can just send your file to support team and they will test it for you.

Amazing extension. Thank you. I have several thousand products and options and this Universal Import/Export extension have made manage these so simple.

I have used opencast for 8 years, now with OC3 and this extension I am in total control. I previously tried 3 other import/export extension from other developers. This is just the best by far. Well done to the team at GeekoDEV.

Even managed all the custom fields and data from other extension I have added. The on page transfer logs is a perfect feature letting me see every step in the transfer.

One other comment, I have been using your other extension such as PDF Invoice, Pro Invoice Template and SEO package. I must say your extension are clean, professional and great to use.

Can i send You my XML file that i would like to import before i purchase the plugin? The file contains 3 sheets. Sheet 1 - Filters, Sheet 2 - Categories, Sheet 3 Products. Also it has slightly different structure.

I need to import more than 3000 product data, and many other attributes, etc. If manual input is a huge project, I need the extension to help me achieve it. There are also other extensions that can import data, but they are almost one-time charges. I thought it might be used in the future instead of one time. After reading some reviews, I chose Universal Pro.
The opencart version I use is specially customized. In addition, my server does not support FTP for some reason, so I have many problems importing data. Can't install extension, installation problems, failure to save profiles, import errors, and problems at almost every step.
I have communicated many and many emails with Alexandre, and his response is always very timely and very effective. Grateful! Appreciate!!!!

If you need to import or export product information, you can safely buy this extension. Because they have great technical support.
