Hello, i would like to be able to map the categories from the xml feed to my eshop categories, is this possible with this extension?( example: in the xml is "categorycar" but in my site this category is "categoryauto", i want to be able to map "categorycar" to be imported as "categoryauto", but i want to do that for all categories in the imported xml)

Hi, sorry this is not possible yet, it will put only in category with same name.
I put that on my to-do list, but won't be included very soon as I'm working on other updates.

Hello. I would like to Import Discount Price. This is the Error Log:
Incorrect discount format, format must be: <customer_group_id>:<quantity>:<priority>:<price>:<date_start>:<date_end>, this discount won't be added to the product.

This ist the sample Data: <1>:<24>:<0>:<8.00>:<0000-00-00>:<0000-00-00>
But this is not working.

Hi, don't put the < >, just the value like this: 1:24:0:8.00:0000-00-00:0000-00-00

Yes, the extension supports virtually unlimited number of products. Already tested with stores with 70 000+ products.

Trying to download latest OcMod version from the download area but still get 1.2.4 version inside of ZIP package instead of 1.3.0. What is wrong? Thank you.

@westfont: Hi, actually the format is <name>:<value>:<price>, but think there is an issue in last update, I check that tomorrow morning. I will improve that part to make it more flexible because in csv it can not handle complex options. In xml format it is working better actually.
If you have an idea on how you would like to format the option please send me and I will make the module to be able to handle in that format.

Hi, what is the format to use when we add columns for product options. I've tried to use a similar format/logic as for attributes (<attribute_group_name>:<attribute_name>:<value>) but it doesn't work. You really need to have documentation for this extension. :)

@dynsight: Hi, I have responded to you on mail, eventually check in spam.
The downloads since last opencart update are not working well the download is named with random string and this is making the extension not loading into extension installer.
You just have to rename it to module.ocmod.zip and then upload to extension installer it will work.
The instructions for install via FTP are in zip file > documentation folder.
If you want to install by ftp it is very easy too, just take the content of upload folder and put it into your opencart root directory.

Hi,

I sent an email for support, but other than auto response, have heard nothing for two days. I cannot get the extension loaded at all. I get Invalid file type when I browse the the downloaded zip file and try to upload. I was looking for instructions on how to upload/install via FTP, but could not find anything.

This is kind of an emergency

Ok. After a long time i did it and finally it is very easy. The only problem is that the products can't connect with categories and manufactuers.

If i try to import csv file separate with "," or ";" it works but it doesn't create categories and all products are deactivated. So, i have to activate them one by one. Even if i do that, categories are faulse. If i try to import csv file separate with fields, then it doen't identify the file and i must stop on step 3. Please if you have a manual or video about insertion step by step, please inform me because i think that something goes wrong.

@nikolaos_81: You can select the fields you want to import in Step 3, there if you don't assign a column to a field it won't be imported.

I bought the license and i tried it but i have a problem. I can't select the fields that i want to import, so it imports all of them. How can i do it?
