Very good product! Only one problem, the export doesn't work! When you turn into the export page, the system Freezes and then the browser appears a message "the page does not resport wait or exit the page" this happens to every single browser!...

Pre sale question. Hello!! I have an extension that create combined options. Is it possible when I import xml to create the combined options? From demo I can see that only options can create.

In OC4, can you set multiple quantity discounts for a product when you import? I don't see how that is done in the demo.

Yes it's possible, you must have the data available in your import file, you can send example of your file to support if you want we will check if it can be handled.

in the demo, it appears to work well for a small sample of our products, but we have over 18,000 in an excel file. Will it be able to run that much?

Yes, the module can handle unlimited number of products, there is some stores using it without problems with more than 500,000 products in a file.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to just update from different sources. For example, the description needs to be from an XLSX file, and the photo from an XML file - when you try to update from an XML file, the information from the XLSX file, which was loaded first, is deleted completely. Very, very sorry...

That's what I do. First I upload an XLSX file, from which I take the name, description, keywords, price and id of the product.

Then I take the next XML file in which I take only characteristics and photo. But as soon as the second file is loaded, the fields that I loaded in the first file but didn't mark in the second one are deleted.

Just please write how to do exactly update products? What would not be deleted... Day 5 suffering

When I originally purchased this extension I discovered that it wasn't quite capable of the specific, custom import I was wanting to use it for. After communicating this to Geekodev they offered to customise the extension to include my requirements. Shortly thereafter I was provided with the updated version that works exactly as I had hoped and fulfils all the custom abilities I required. I could not be more satisifed with all aspects of my dealings with Geekodev, their support and the extension they have provided. I will have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Yes this is possible, the module allow you to choose to which of your existing categories to load the products, or to use the category defined in the xml, or a mix of this.

Hello. I have a question about export and import orders: the products in my store have many optional fields such as SKU, UPC, EAN, MPN, location and weight characteristics, product sizes. I I testing other similar modules, and found that: after exporting the order to Excel file, this product characteristics (SKU, UPC, ....) there are no showed in purchased products, but they have are in my store database (in orders) and when i import the same file without any changes, these characteristics are erased (become empty) in my ordered products database.
In your demo, I have no way to upload the file back to the demo site and check if the module works correctly (due to lack of rights).
Could you test this by yourself and let me know the result or give me a module for a test period? Thanks

Hi, in order products opencart is saving only the model, sku, upc and other similar fields are not saved in orders so there is no way to have this in an order export file, they are only available in products themself.

This is not true! at least in my version of opencard 3.0.3.x, I right now see into the database via phpMyAdmin and in the oc_order_product table there are all my parameters that are saved from the product in this table after the buyer makes an order: sku, upc, ean, jan, isbn, mpn, location, weight

You may have a module that adds these fields or modified opencart because in default they are not existing in oc_order_product table.
Anyway it's not a problem, this module will be able to handle them if they are already there.
To update only quantity will work fine too, the module will not change the other fields.

Hi, I understand that the name of the category in the module is only for one main backend language, what if the categories are presented in the XML in all languages? Do I need to translate them manually?

If you have all languages in your xml it will be possible to import the category name in each one, no need to translate manually.

on your demo, the categories do not have languages, the settings allow you to select only one language for the categories, you don't confuse anything? :)

It's normal on demo it is not set up to import various languages, but it do work fine in real environment.

Your module has been purchased, but translations for categories cannot be set, you have 2 languages on the demo, English and French, there is no choice of languages for categories.
