After your VQmod is installed, download the Opencart Module Category Filter for Admin module for Opencart and copy the xml file to your xml folder under vqmod folders in root of site contents folder where you find the admin .catalog, etc. folder
No core files are overwritten.
To see the module installed or, not go to VQmod Manager in the admin panel. You will see the Opencart Module Category Filter for Admin module showing that it is installed.
