What does it do:
================
This contrib adds real-time rates for "PeriShip.com" Web Services during checkout.
PeriShip offers solutions for shipping perishable foods.
This allows you to charge customers the correct shipping rate based on their purchase size.


Requirements:

Your host must support php curl (most do)
You must have a PeriShip.com account


Notes:
==================
PeriShip returns rates from multiple shipping services.
From what I can tell, it only supports rates with US to US origin and destinations
All rates and errors come directly from PeriShip.com
If you find rate discrepencies, you will need to
1. Enable Debug mode
2. Repeat the checkout shipping lookup
3. Copy the the message log from the Debug tab in the PeriShip configuration
4. Send that to PeriShip to analyze.
The author of this integration has no control on rates and only pass what is requested by PeriShip's API.
