For example , if you enter 'apple' in search field it will give you all orders in which you have product with name 'apple' . Also will give you products with name that contain 'apple' . For example 'apple-4' or 'e-apple' or 'r-Apple0'. It is good that you can find all orders that have one product by entering product name.
