Only let customers register their phone numbers once!

Our simple modification will stop customers from registering the same phone number twice, you may have a variety of use cases and generally you wouldn’t want people to register two accounts with the same number. In our upcoming versions we will be linking email addresses with phone numbers so that users don’t create multiple accounts.
