Disable other shipping methods if Free Shipping is available
This OCMOD extension disables other shipping methods except Pickup From Store, if Free Shipping is available.
- Shows only Free Shipping and Pickup From Store as delivery options in checkout
- Change Total in Free Shipping settings, to include price with tax
